Hi Johana Ramos! Thanks for reaching out! Congratulations on your new wonderful baby girl! I will send you the link to the sleep averages chart. Following this helps as the baby sleep changes frequently. Follow wake times: offer a nap after being awake for X number of minutes.

Hi Amber,
What is sleep like with both a full swaddle and pacifier? Does she still wake up a ton?

Hi Amber, that is great information to have. Thanks you! It sounds like she is asking for a change. That change could be sleep training. What method are you drawn to? No checks, timed checks, or chair method (your LO is too old for pick up put down).

14 weeks old
BEATRIZ, PARENT OF 3 YEAR OLD

Hello, my baby is now 14 weeks and a half. She was sleeping from 8 pm to 4 am but lately she doesn't sleep alone like she was, it is taking for ever for her to fall sleep, she wakes up several times during the night. I have to put her the pacifier all of those times, or feed her. And during the day she only naps if we are outside. At hime, the longest she naps is 30 minutes, unless she is on my arms. I don't know what schedule she should have and I don't know what to do to make her sleep better. She cries a lot during the day and I know is because she is tired.
Thanks a lot

Hello Beatriz,
Thank you for reaching out! She sounds tired! It sounds exhausting to help her sleep (for you too!).
Her brain is advancing. She is leaving the 4th trimester soon at 16 weeks. It may help to provide her with less help falling asleep and asking her to self soothe to sleep more herself. But how? After 16 weeks, her brain and body would be ready for formal sleep training. Your primary goal is sleep shaping. Teaching her to fall asleep on her own (try the first nap of the day). Follow the recommened wake times (how long should she be awake before the next nap is offered - see link below). Still using some parent driven sleep associations.

Here are the sleep training methods to use after 16 weeks of age (you could use pick up put down now at 14 weeks old):
