Calling all new dads & non-gestational partners! Studies have shown that millennial dads and partners are now more involved than ever in childcare duties, but while times are changing, the focus on parenting preparation is still catered almost entirely around the pregnant mother. Partners often feel like spectators in the birthing process and struggle to be helpful in the early days. Connect and learn about what to expect in the first days, weeks, and months, discover ways to bond with your infant from day one, and tips on how to support your partner’s recovery.

Many say that your heart just expands with baby number 2. Join us for an opportunity to connect with other second-time moms: ask questions, share tips and ideas, adjust to the joys and challenges of managing a newborn, older child, and growing family. We’ll discuss how to help a child adjust to life with a new sibling, and explore ways to support oneself, too. New babies are welcome!

Nancy has a pedigree of certifications including: Postnatal Doula, Childbirth Educator, Lactation Counselor, First Aid and CPR Instructor. She has two sons and a BA from Yale University.
Studies found that the first year of parenting is not just grueling, but also lonesome for new mothers.
I don’t know what I would have done without Nancy’s class. I was grateful to be able to connect with other moms that were going through the same thing that I was going through. I showed up every week with my list of questions and walked away with helpful guidance and answers for all of them. I highly recommend!
Love Nancy! She’s hilarious. Socializing with other moms can be a lifesaver. When you join a support group, your babies will be roughly the same age and may get to grow up together.
Chances are, you’ll have plenty to talk about with other new moms, and you’ll find like-minded friends in the group.
