Hi there. Im having trouble to get her to nap during the day! I know she is sleepy so i offer her nap in her crib to practice self-soothe. It does not work so i put her in her chair and rock her she falls asleep but when i pick her up to put her in her crib she does not last even 10 mins before she starts to cry! What should i do? I don't want her to be sleep deprived . She does sleep well at night! Only wakes up every three hrs to eat then i just put her down in the crib and goes back to sleep on her own. I don't have to rock her or anything! Thank you!!!

Hi Johana! Some things you may want to try if you aren't doing them already is to have her room really dark, use a white noise machine, offer a pacifier and put her in a sleep sack. |
