My 5 mo old will not sleep without a full swaddle/paci... should I take both away and try to cry it out?? I don’t know what to do! She wakes up so much!

Hi Amber, that is great information to have. Thanks you! It sounds like she is asking for a change. That change could be sleep training. What method are you drawn to? No checks, timed checks, or chair method (your LO is too old for pick up put down). |

Hello, my baby is now 14 weeks and a half. She was sleeping from 8 pm to 4 am but lately she doesn't sleep alone like she was, it is taking for ever for her to fall sleep, she wakes up several times during the night. I have to put her the pacifier all of those times, or feed her. And during the day she only naps if we are outside. At hime, the longest she naps is 30 minutes, unless she is on my arms. I don't know what schedule she should have and I don't know what to do to make her sleep better. She cries a lot during the day and I know is because she is tired.
Thanks a lot

Hi Johana Ramos! Thanks for reaching out! Congratulations on your new wonderful baby girl! I will send you the link to the sleep averages chart. Following this helps as the baby sleep changes frequently. Follow wake times: offer a nap after being awake for X number of minutes. |
