Should you have a pram for your infant? Do you want 1 stroller that will last through the toddler years? Or do you need stroller recommendations for multiple kids? Tinyhood Gear Expert, Natalie G., is here to help.
Our daughter likes to scoot or walk most of the time but when she gets tired I am left to carry her and the scooter, helmet, etc. Could you recommend a stroller option that would be easy to take with us knowing that most of the time it will not be used? Maybe an umbrella stroller? How long do children typically ride in strollers? Thanks in advance!
Hi Paula,
It really just depends on your child, where you live and how much walking you do. It definitely sounds like you have your hands full and that an umbrella would be useful for you! Since you don’t plan to use it often and more of a backup, I feel the best option for you is the GB Pockit Stroller. It folds up VERY small and is lightweight so it’s easy to carry around. And it has a high weight capacity of 55 lbs.

Another completely different option is using a wagon to hold the scooter, helmet, bags and your daughter can hitch a ride too!
The Veer Wagon is a new item on the market and an interesting all-terrain option though pricey.
