So nice of you to accommodate! Egg dishes, like baked eggs, frittatas, crustless quiche, or even just a platter of deviled eggs are all gluten free. There are some great frozen gluten free waffles and pancakes out there that you could put out with a variety of jelly’s, butter, syrup, etc. A fruit salad paired with some yogurt or cottage cheese for parfaits would be delicious, too. And you could keep some cooked oatmeal warm in a crock pot and have mix-ins like nuts, dried fruit, cinnamon and brown sugar. Enjoy! |
