We are hosting the family this weekend and have a guest that is gluten free. Could you recommend some breakfast options that kids will like too?
So nice of you to accommodate! Egg dishes, like baked eggs, frittatas, crustless quiche, or even just a platter of deviled eggs are all gluten free. There are some great frozen gluten free waffles and pancakes out there that you could put out with a variety of jelly’s, butter, syrup, etc. A fruit salad paired with some yogurt or cottage cheese for parfaits would be delicious, too. And you could keep some cooked oatmeal warm in a crock pot and have mix-ins like nuts, dried fruit, cinnamon and brown sugar. Enjoy!
