What are good natural ways to increase supply if he eats frequently when I'm home so I need to make the most of my work breaks and pump as much as possible. I know drinking a lot of fluids and good diet. Does mothers milk tea help? Or any other supplements?
Hi Rachel, thanks for reaching out! Mothers milk tea does usually help and it's definitely worth a try. You're already doing smart things like feeding frequently when you're home and eating and drinking well. When you pump at work, one thing that has been proven to increase milk output is to use gentle breast massage while pumping, and hand express for a few minutes after pumping. The hand expressing is so important, if you have to cut your pumping back by 3 to 4 minutes to fit in the hand expressing, it would be worth it. I hope this helps! Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.

How to produce more milk
Hi Erika, the best way to produce more milk is to get more milk out, by feeding more and/ or pumping more. I would love to give you more personalized advice if you would like to let me know what specific concerns you have and what you have already tried!
