I feel like I am not producing enough milk. How do I increase my production?

Hi, Diamond -- can you tell me a little more about what's going on? How old is baby? What makes you worried about your supply? How often do you nurse or pump?

DIAMOND

She will be 4 months next week. After I feed her there is nothing left on either side. I know she is content but not sure if she is having a full feeding. I usually pump in the morning since that is the only time I have extra. She nurses every 3 hours during the day starting at 7am and last feeding at 9:30.
