I’m not pumping hardly anything But when I remove the pump
I can’t hand express milk is my pump not effective enough

Hand expressing can be much more effective than the pump for many moms! One thing you can try is to use your hands while you use the electric pump to help maximize the output. A lot of moms will wear a hands free nursing bra (you can purchase or make one!) so they can massage and compress during a pumping session.
