"Redefining Strength" is a more than an event; its a shared space for real conversations about anxiety we've all faced at one point or another. Weather you're a working professional, a dedicated parent, or juggling both, this evening is about acknowledging that while our experiences with anxiety may differ, our journey towards empowerment unites us.
