Our wonderful nanny, Aylin, is available for a new full-time position starting in June because our son is starting daycare.
Aylin has been a nanny for several years, has experience caring for multiple babies at a time in nanny shares, and speaks English and Spanish. She has been with our family since our son was 6 months old. She has been a warm, attentive, and engaged caregiver. She very quickly assuaged all of my concerns as a first-time mother about leaving my baby with a nanny. My son loves her and is so excited every morning when she arrives.
Aylin is well acquainted with baby-friendly activities and other nannies around Cambridge. She takes my son out to do activities every day at places like the library, playgrounds, and museums. She has shown a genuine interest in his development. We have a part-time nanny share with another baby, and Aylin handles two young children with ease and joy. I highly recommend her.

Hi everyone — our incredible nanny, Lidia, will be looking for a new full-time position starting in September as our family is relocating. She has been with us since our youngest son was 5 months old, and we truly cannot recommend her highly enough. Honestly, we are heartbroken to let her go, as she has become such an important part of our family over the years.
Lidia is kind, dependable, patient, and brings such a calm, loving, and positive energy into the home. She is amazing with children and also effortlessly cared for both of our boys together whenever needed, always keeping them happy, engaged, and safe. She loves educational and creative play and spends a lot of time taking the kids on outings to libraries, playgrounds, and parks. She also prepares healthy meals and snacks for the children and keeps a great daily routine.
She has always been incredibly flexible and supportive of our family, including working extra hours whenever we needed help. One of the greatest gifts she gave our children is language — both of our boys now speak Spanish because of her.
She has experience with multiple children and different age groups and would be such a gift to another family.
