We love Marcela and are parting ways since our 2 girls are aging out and going to school. Marcela is very capable of taking care of infants and I quickly became comfortable with my 3-month baby in her care even when I was a nervous first time mom. She is very loving and warm with the kids and always sent me pictures when they were out and about in the neighborhood such as at library sing-a-longs or at a museum of our choice. She was always on time to work, gave appropriate notice when she needed time off, and we both felt comfortable accessing the payroll service.
