Our current nanny is unexpectedly moving out of state, and we are now looking for full-time care in Needham for our 2-year-old daughter (+ her soon-to-be baby brother!). We are a warm, loving, outgoing family, and our daughter is a sweet, inquisitive, introverted but very talkative, musical, giggly girl. We are looking to find a reliable, nurturing caregiver with similar qualities whom we hope becomes an extension of our family for many years to come.

More about the position:
--Ideally hoping to start in late August / early September but can flex timing if need be either to start sooner or as late as end of year
--Looking for someone with experience taking care of infants and toddlers (more than 1 child at a time) and with (at least 2) excellent references
--In addition to general caregiving, responsibilities include preparing kids' lunches/snacks/bottles, kids' laundry, light kiddo-related housekeeping
--Seeking full time help, 40-45 hours per week (M-F)
--Position is taxable/over the table, with competitive pay based on experience
--Must be fluent in English, able to drive, CPR certified (we are willing to pay for certification if need be)

We’re located in the South End and are looking for a full-time nanny to care for our two children, ages 1 and 3.

We’re looking for a loving, reliable, active, and engaging nanny who has experience caring for two children. We would expect help with light kid meal prep, kid laundry/tidying, as well as facilitating engaging activities for the kids. Ideally this person would be willing to occasionally stay late or do an overnight, as needed. Noting that we have a dog (hypoallergenic).

1. Start date: last week of August
2. Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
3. Compensation: commensurate with market rate
4. Benefits: 2 week’s paid vacation. Paid holidays and sick days
