We are a loving Back Bay family seeking a dedicated, long-term nanny to join us this spring! Our primary focus is finding a warm and engaging caregiver for our 11-month-old daughter who is truly passionate about early childhood development. Our current nanny, Nancy, will be available while we are traveling this summer for the full month of July as well as two days a week regularly.

We hired Nancy in February of 2024 to care for our 3-month old, and she has continued to care for our child to this day. Our kiddo loves Nancy, who is very active and is constantly taking them on adventures. Museums and libraries are a staple of the day to day and Nancy is happy to walk and take public transportation, further expanding our kid's understanding of the world outside our house. Weaving in Spanish language and songs is a huge plus, and Nancy is very knowledgeable about each developmental stage and foods, activities, etc that are age appropriate. We have a dog who is also in love with Nancy, she is very good with her. Nancy brings a calm and confident presence and we highly recommend her!
