After 3 1/2 wonderful years, we sadly are saying goodbye to our loving nanny as our son will be going to school full-time in the fall. I’ve dreaded this post since the day she came into our family and started taking care of our son as I knew it would be hard to say goodbye when the time came. I can’t say enough good things about our nanny - she has been like family and has taken amazing care of our son since I returned to work when he was about 8 months old. She is extremely responsible, reliable, patient, kind and so loyal. She also instilled a love for Spanish to our son who at age 4 speaks absolutely fluently. She helped our son to talk when he was speech delayed, helped him take his first crawl and walk when he was a baby, and has been a constant source of encouragement and patience to him. We will miss her dearly and would love nothing more than for her to find an amazing family to work with - especially if you have a baby that she can grow with. She is amazing and her previous families would also attest. We all feel so lucky to have had her in our lives caring for our children. She is looking for full time work beginning as soon as August 16th with a family in Back Bay or Beacon Hill.
