Appropriate uses of this hood include:
*Requests for recommendations related to the care of children
*Information related to schools, day care centers, babysitters, and nanny services.
*Information about family/children-friendly events.
*Information about community issues/concerns that affect children and families.
*Invitations to playgroups, parent gatherings, and other social events for parents and children in the neighborhood.
*Information about items for sale, to give away for free, or items in need related to parenting or children.

If your are ever in doubt about what is appropriate content, or if you are concerned that some content on the list may be inappropriate, feel free to contact the moderator. Personal attacks, offensive/inflammatory comments, and rude behavior will not be tolerated on this hood and will be grounds for removal from the hood.
