Prenatal Yoga
A sweet prenatal practice for expecting mothers. This gentle, nurturing class is designed to prepare your body and mind for labor, delivery and motherhood while aiding the adjustment of the body as the baby grows. Includes yoga postures and breathwork for each trimester. All levels.
Postnatal Yoga
A Vinyasa Flow class for moms of newborns through toddlers that is designed to help new moms release and rebuild as they resume their yoga practice through the postpartum months. While babysitting is not provided, this baby-friendly class focuses on moms getting their asana on in a like-minded environment. Bring you baby and your mat with a commitment to getting in a good yoga practice for yourself. All levels.
Kids Yoga
Yoga basics for kids ages 5-10. Kid-focused classes teaching the foundations of yoga, including postures and breathing techniques designed to build strength, increase flexibility and calm the mind and body. Parents can drop off, stay and watch or indulge themselves next door in a concurrent class in our other studio.
Toddler Yoga
A pint-sized dose of movement for kids ages 2-4 designed to introduce our littlest warriors to strength, grace and fun. Parent can drop off, stay and watch or indulge themselves next door in a concurrent class in our other studio.
