My name is Mamie and I am a Certified Newborn Care Specialist and sleep consultant. I live in the Phoenix Metropolitan area with my husband of 22 years. We have 3 children ages 22, 20 and 17. I have a true passion for giving babies and their families the gift of precious sleep! I work with children ages 0-3 years and I specialize in gentle sleep conditioning for babies 0-3 months. I currently have over 12,000 hours of in home newborn care/sleep conditioning experience. I also work extensively with babies 3 months to 3 years teaching healthy sleep habits that fit the family's belief system and parenting style. I am a huge proponent of "all things natural" and do my best to support my clients in the most holistic way possible. I am committed to helping every family find the health and wellness that comes from quality, restorative sleep. I am extremely grateful that I get to do something that I absolutely love and believe in and that has such a positive impact on people’s lives for years to come I graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1994 with a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management. I then spent the next 16 years as a stay at home mom, in the trenches, raising 3 kids. This is what ignited my passion for what I do today. In 2010 a door was opened for me to become formally trained in something that I had already been doing for over a decade, training children in all aspects of life.
