Tinyhood’s labor and birth class is extremely instrumental to first time moms. They cover everything from Braxton Hicks to postpartum care. Truthfully I’m mostly scared of giving birth but after watching these videos I feel more confident and understand that my body was made for this. This course is a great option for people who would prefer an online over an in-person class, global pandemic or not!
It encompasses a wide range of information, but it isn't overwhelming. Many pregnancy and parenting information sources have an obvious agenda, but this course was great at providing information parents can use to make decisions that suit them and their family best.
Very easy to follow and supported by easily downloadable 'takeaways' that break down the information into bite size references.
What a comprehensive course! Was planning on watching over the course of a few days, but ended up completing in one day. The host is clearly very knowledgeable and speaks with personal experience which gives extra assurance you are learning from a pro! Can't recommend this course enough!
The course is separated into sections and you can watch at your own pace and even rewatch if needed.
The course helped me feel a lot more confident about what's to come — and better able to advocate for myself and the type of birth experience I hope to have. Taking the course was a fairly quick and easy experience, given that I could start and stop it as I wished, spreading it over multiple days.
