I’m a full-time nanny, In Milton! I’ve been with my current family for almost a year now, Started with their little one when he was just 4 months old. He will be starting daycare next week, So I’ll have some availability opening up!

I’m mainly looking for Mondays and/or Fridays can be Flexible on the days for the right family, I’m open to doing a full day, or even just a half day depending on what your family needs!

I’ve worked with several wonderful families in the Boston-Brookline area including at Harvard business school I have several years of hands on experience with infants, toddlers, and school aged children!

Part-Time Mother’s Helper / House Manager Needed — Newton, MA

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized and dependable person to help maintain our family home.

Ideal schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday for approximately five hours per day (about 15 hours per week). However, we have some flexibility with both the days and hours for the right person.

This is primarily a household-management and organization role—not a childcare position. We need someone who naturally notices what needs attention, takes initiative and helps keep the home running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

* Keeping the home tidy and organized
* Returning everything to its designated place
* Managing laundry, folding and ironing
* Regularly organizing drawers, closets and household spaces
* Rotating and removing outgrown children’s clothing
* Monitoring and restocking household essentials
* Keeping track of items that are running low
* Light meal preparation or occasional cooking when needed
* Maintaining organizational systems throughout the home
* Handling occasional household errands
* Occasionally watching the children briefly if I need to run an errand

The right person will be trustworthy, organized, efficient, comfortable around young children and able to work independently without constant direction. We are looking for someone who genuinely takes pride in caring for a home and maintaining order over time.

Previous experience as a house manager, family assistant or mother’s helper is strongly preferred. References are required.
