We're looking for an after-school childcare 2–4 afternoons a week (approximately 2:30–5:30) in Cambridge. Duties include helping with homework routines, driving, meal prep. Experience with middle-school-aged kids and anxiety/ADHD is a plus.
We're a warm, easygoing family who recently moved from Boston to Needham and are seeking a caring, full-time nanny to help care for our infant daughter. We also have a two, happy 4- and 5-year-old boys who attend school full time. The primary focus will be on the infant with occasional support for the older children.
Responsibilities include feeding, naps, developmental play, maintaining routines, light child-related housekeeping (bottles, children's laundry, tidying play areas) and occasional bus/drop-off support for the older kids.
We're looking for someone with infant experience, a clean driving record, strong references and CPR certification. We value kindness, reliability and communication, and we hope to find someone who will be a trusted, long-term partner with our family.
Expected schedule (we can discuss what works best):
Start date in late October
M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
If you're interested, please message me with information about your experience, ideal schedule and compensation package.
Hi! We’re a family with two great kids (4.5 and 7) looking for someone to join our afternoon routine. This is a part-time job, but we’re hoping to find someone for the long haul — not just a placeholder job. Our last nanny was with us for 7 years and we loved it that way, so ideally you’re looking for something stable and ongoing too.
What the afternoons look like:
•Grabbing the kids from school
•Driving them to/from activities around town
•Whipping up a snack or simple dinner
•Hanging out, homework help, keeping things fun until we’re home
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 2:30–6pm (a little flex for early dismissal days)
What we’re hoping for:
•You’ve got experience with younger kids and comfortable driving in your car around town
•Valid license, clean driving record
•Easygoing, communicative, genuinely likes kids
•Looking for something long-term — not a stepping stone
Interested? Tell us a bit about your experience with kids this age, and your availability — plus a couple of references.
Hello, we are looking for a part time nanny to join our family beginning this September. This would be a great gig in addition to another job. We have four kids, three of whom would need school pick up (9, 7 and 5) and one (age 2) who is home full time. We live in Dedham. Message me if you are interested!
