Hi South End / Back Bay / Bay Village families — we’re looking for another family interested in forming a long-term nanny share for our daughter, Berkley, who is 6 months old.
We’re in the South End near Berkeley St and Chandler St, and are ideally looking for a family within about a 10-minute walk of us, since proximity for drop-offs and pick-ups is really important. We’re hoping to get something started ASAP, and no later than the end of April.
The schedule we’re targeting is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We’d envision a true shared arrangement, with some time at our home and some time at the other family’s home, depending on what makes the most sense logistically.
We’re looking for a child around Berkley’s age so they can be on a similar rhythm and grow together. We’re hoping to find a warm, reliable family looking for a loving, stable, long-term setup.
A little about us: we’re an experienced family with childcare and nanny experience already through our older daughter, so we understand how to make a nanny relationship work well and create a great environment for both the children and the caregiver.
