Prenatal Yoga

  1. In this six-session course, learn breathing and relaxation techniques, postures for stretching and toning, and ways to strengthen the muscles used during labor and delivery. Talk time is included in each class. The 5th session of the series is a partners class. Participant may bring one additional support person to 5th session at no additional charge. A permission note from your healthcare provider is required.
