I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (or “IBCLC”) with a passion for helping moms and babies!
In addition to consulting for Tinyhood, I am a Lactation Consultant at Stamford Hospital (CT) and Willows Pediatric Group (CT) and provide home visits through my private practice, Lactation Services of Westport.
My expertise is in providing evidence-based education and compassionate support for successful (and pain-free!) nursing. My focus and training is in helping newborns and moms establish successful breastfeeding practices plus overcoming specific issues like a painful latch, low milk supply, slow weight gain, engorgement, oversupply, or clogged ducts. I can also help you establish a back-to-work pumping schedule, review breast milk storage guidelines and guide you through the weaning process.
I have a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Public Health from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health.
