    Moms and Moms to Be! Please join us for our weekly bootcamp and get your sweat on!

    For this Mommy and Me/Mommy to Be Bootcamp, all experience levels are welcome and the trainers work around any discomfort to make sure you get the most out of your workout. All trainers are pre/post natal certified with years of experience. Kids are welcome and dads are too! We are asking for a weekly optional donation of $10. All proceeds go to Horizons for Homeless Children.

    Water!
    An exercise mat
